The staff were incredible and polite and the location was stunning near to the beach. We had goodies and coffee at La Terrazza, it was located just a walking distance from the venue.

Beautiful location close to the center of Naama bay, good facilities, tasty breakfast. The room was perfect and included luxurious bathroom. Had a great view. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was cozy.

Attractive hotel, very good value for money. Exceptional service and a brilliant pool onsite. Location was brilliant for Sharm el-Sheikh. Breakfast was exceptionally good, they offered delicious cheese, yoghourt and eggs.
Some guests complained about an insect they saw.

i loved the nonsmoking room, the pool was heated. breakfast was absolutely superb - lots of food and local drinks. they made my stay warm. favourable location to hard rock cafe naama bay.

The place was fairly clean with exceptional facilities and service. The modern decor and a comfy bed made such a special stay. Renaissance hotel set in the coastal area. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from king tut museum.
Unfortunately wi-fi was a bit slow.
